database connectivity

Hi this is Mandeep here

I m facing problem in connectivity of database I m using (oracle 9i)
with Struts 1.1 in MyEclipse 5.5(IDE) I m facing problem in database connection

Problem NoClassDefFoundException

can anyone solve my problem
or send me proper code i shall be very thankful to him/her.
