Dropdownlist and Gridview

Hi All,

I am learning dotnet...
I have assignment like "When i select employee department name dropdown list i the employee details should display in Gridview". Data's from database.
I got in asp.net through datasource.

Can some one help me out how to do in code behind (C#).
