Access 2010 error 3709

I have an application developed in access 2010 with access 2010. It works great. When I install the 2010 runtime on a computer and run the application, I get a SetDiplayedCategories error with code 3709.

I am scratching my head. Any help would be appreciated

I get a SetDiplayedCategories error with code 3709.
