Default Installation Error for Package Created by VB6

Hi, all,

I create a small project using VB6, then I create a setup package using "Package & Deployment Wizard", when user install this project, they complain there are a lots of error message while installation. It always ask "msimg32 is in-used......", "msvcrt.dll is in in-use....", "xxx.dll is has a later version than yours,do you want to keep your local version...." something like this.so user feel annoying.
Is there any better way to avoid this, if user have later version of the dll file, keep user's file, don't give message, is it possible?

Please help, thanks a lot.
