Default How much of data can a ms access database hold?

hi guys,

anyone knows how large a database can hold its database?
is there a limit to how much a database can hold?

Hi There...

I guess that there is no limit for a db. But I think that when the db will become very big you`ll experience other kind of problems (slow browsing probably). I have never had probs with MS Access. But I know that if you want your db to be "professional" has to be something better (MySQL is the other one I have tried and it`s much better).

1 gigabytes is the large a 97 access database can hold.. i dont remember another versions...

Bout 1GB on Access 97 and 2GB on the latest version
