Database connection failed after SP2

Hi everyone,
Our application is based on VB/COM+/SQL Server. It was working fine on Windows XP before but the moment we installed this new SP2 our application stoped working. Looks like database connection is failing.

Is there anybody have any solution? I really appreciate it.
