Debugging

Well i reloaded my Visual Studio .NET platform. My project was made previously. Now I have made new web application called project similar to the previous one and I have added the items which were present on the existing project.

Now the problem occurs when I run my project. It gives me an error saying, "UNABLE TO START DEBUGGING ON WEB SERVER". What should I do??
