How can display data in MSHFlexGrid from table

I have created one table having 4 colums in MSSQL. And by creating VB's two MSHFlexGrid control namely mshGrid1 and mshGrid2, I displayed two-two colums from my table. Now I have created one moer MSHFlexGrid control in same table namely mshGrid3, and want to display common data from mshGrid1 and mshGrid2, Could anyone tell me, how can we do that..
