Problems in Image Data Type

Hello Sirs / Madams,

Please help me out how can deal with image data type in SQL Server 2000 (Example The Photo field of the Northwind Database). I would like to store and display in the MSFlex grid and Textbox and Combo, ListBox and vice versa i.e. like to save from these controls to the database.
