is it not possible for Data report in vb to print runtime report from data stored in some variables rather than connecting to Database.
if your answer is "no" then tell me how can i print a report that will only contain data from global variables and no database business

let me know how can use datareport for the purpose

Yes you can print report from Data Report through global variables or rather in technical terms I should say through parameters.

You can take the help of Data Environment.
