Default byref Argument type mismatch in vb

Hai to everybody

i have a problem.
i have developed a usercontrol in vb.
it is nicely working in win 2000/95/98/Professional.
there is no error on those OS.
but while i am running the same program in Windows XP,
it raises a error. i.e., ByRef Argument Type Mismatch
in the declaration section.
i tried to solve this . but i couldn't.
can anybody help me.

How many XP machines have you tried it on? If it is just one, have you cheked if the control is properly installed? Also make sure all the dependent libraries (including VB runtimes) are installed. If more than one XP machine has failed, what objects are you referencing in your control?
