How do i create a dropdownlist and then bind the data from sql.
i am using literal to create a table from codebehind and then i would like to put the dropdownlist within the table which i created using literal.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you create a combobox in a form, you can set its Rowsource Type as Table/Query and then make its Recordsource as an SQL statement. That is

SELECT DISTINCT Field FROM Table WHERE Criteria ORDER BY Field
