Default VB & Crystal Reports

Hi, I developed simple database application for employees. Now I want to display employee report departmentwise. I have crystal report 8. I create on form where I use listbox for department. When user select department from listbox and press "view report" button, I want to display report for same department.

same report file for any department.

I never worked with crystal report, so be specific and descreptive with help.

Thenks a lot.
