How can I map 132+ fields of a single table in VB

dear friends,

i have a registration table with 132+ fields. How can I efficiently map these fields within a single form or multiple forms in Visual Basic 6.0. Please note that these fields don't have any dependencies other than unique registration id. Is there any handy way out for this issue......
