Default Data Report: Columns Against Rows

Simply put, is it possible to display records in columns instead of rows(default) in the Data Report?

Sample:

First Page:

----- ----- -----
| 1 | | 2 | | 3 |
----- ----- -----

Next Page:

----- ----- -----
| 4 | | 5 | | 6 |
----- ----- -----
