Default Time sychronisation between win2000 and win95

Hi, at my work i have a server with windows 2000 and clients with windows 95. I know how to synchronize time on computers, if they have windows 2000 as OS. My problem is with proper API functions, which would work on both systems. Has anyone any experience with this problem? I really need an example, how to obtain system time from remote computer with windows 95 as OS.

Thanks for any help
