Default Oracle and VB

I have a project done in VB 6.0 using the MS Access 2000 database. Now I want to my tables to be created in one computer whih is not accessible to me and that too not in Access, the tables are needed in Oracle 8.

So, I need to create the tables in Oracle using a batch file just as in MS SQL Server. I am not able to do so in Oracle.

Any idea ??
