Hello

Check this link
http://in.geocities.com/raghavendra_...l/checkbox.zip

Unzip it,it contains a access2003 version database.
Open the database and goto to the forms section
and open the form1. click the checkbox and see
is that all you needed.

Hope this helps.

Raghavendra Mudugal thank you for your help but I already worked that problem out. I need help with clearing the default value out of an invoice if I decide to check the checkbox.

You're putting the code in the ON CLICK event. Put them on the AFTER UPDATE event. Because they're checkboxes, you don't have to be explicit, i.e. "If Me.EURO = True Then". You can just use a the shortcut, "If Me.EURO Then". You don't disable them, you're just checking/unchecking them.

Private Sub GBP_AfterUpdate()

    Me.EURO = Not Me.GBP

End Sub

Private Sub EURO_AfterUpdate()

    Me.GBP = Not Me.EURO

End Sub
