Comma delimited file to Excel Sheet

Hello All Of You!!
I need some help from your side .
I have comma delimited file .(delimeter can be anycharacher e.g |)
how to i save this file in excelsheet.
Can anyone tell me the link,suggestion or clue for it.
I am a new vb programmer want help from you.
