Default Footer with Dataset Fields?

I'm got a report querying a transaction DB for invoice entries. These entries get grouped by invoice number, and output in a batch of invoices. Each invoice needs a 'remit payment to' stub on the bottom, containing amount due, invoice#, etc. However, I'm not being allowed to use fields from the dataset in the header or footer.

how do I make a footer with fields in it that will be at the bottom of every page?

Thanks--
