Default cant solve this interview question

Hi All, m just nt been able to solve ths interview question, can anybody plz help me!!

""There is a datagrid which displays the empid,empname,hiredate.Nw,how to display the empaddress details in a popup window which will be displayed on clicking on empdetails in a pop up window ,which will be displayed on clicking on empid. Make sure that no database hit for the second time.""

Just include the empaddress column in the grid and hide that column

On Selectionchange even open another form to display the value of the hidden column
