Default Client Server Problem?

I have made this customize software and now i want it to deploy on client-server System so i need to run it on more machines now the problem is that i can't able to run my exe on different machines at the same time.
do tell me how to run this deal and tell me if anything more requires like java applets or tell me how can it be possible to run one instance on different machines at the same time.
moreover i have a database on SQL server 7 so i need to open it for all the running instance.

Tell me if anyone having the solution of my mentioned problem.
