Default setup using Install Shield

i have developed an application in C#.NET 1.1 and have used Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Outlook.

Now i wish to to create a setup for my application using InstallShield.
i do not want to use the Setup functionality provided by the Visual Studio 2003 IDE.

Can you please let me know the details of the same. I would also like to know to which versions of InstallShield are supported by Visual Studio 2003.
