Default Writing A Macro

I am new to writing macros and I can't seem to be able to write a macro that moves my Date and Price data (Range O4-GP7) into two columns under the appropriate headings. I want the date data to start on A14 and end in A379 and the price data to start on B14 and end in B379). Can someone please help me?

Not sure about your needs:

Here is a hint

Sub Date_Price()

For i = 14 To 379
    ' modify the below to suit your needs
    Cells(i, 1).Value = Now
    Cells(i, 2).Value = "Price"
Next i

End Sub

Cheers
