Default links in a windows app

Hi I'm new to VB .net and programming in general. My question is how do make a link in a windows application that will open a web browser using a click event on a link label and on a picture box. Also how would I open outlook from a link. Thanks for any help.

Try either:

Shell("explorer.exe http://p2p.wrox.com", AppWinStyle.MaximizedFocus)

Or

Shell("iexplore.exe http://p2p.wrox.com", AppWinStyle.MaximizedFocus)

to open Internet Explorer. Replace the URL with the one you want opened.
