When you say page, what do you mean? Are you referring to a Windows form? I was assuming you are dealing with a Windows application, not an ASP.NET app, right?

If all else fails, would it be possible to post the entire source somewhere? Maybe package it in a zip, or something like that?
If you do so, don't forget to remove sensitive info like user names and password. You could also delete any code you think that is unnecessary for the application, so it's easier to see what is going on.
