Default Menu Icons

How can I get icons on my menu? If you don't understand what I want the menu to look like, take a look at the menus in Visual Studio .NET. On the left side of the menus are icons. This is what I want to do with my menu.

This isn't something that is built into the MainMenu control, you will have to extend the control.
