Default 'System.Security.SecurityException'

ok i've seen a lot of posts about this problem and i know that if i run it off the network it runs fine. the problem is i want to run it on a network, sorry i mean i have to run it on a network.
how do i fix it so that VB will allow it to run from a network?

also if anyone can tell me how to make a VB program stand alone on a system so that it doesn't need VB somewhere on the computer to run?

it would be great if anyone could please assit

thanks a million in advance
