Default Remove server connection error

Hello,
I m having a problem of SQL Server connection error sometimes, when actually the application is running on .Net Framework 1.1. I want some exception through which Ican handle this error at page load or at any place.

Are you building a web application? You can define a common application exception handler in global.asax to handle exceptions that happen anywhere in a web application.
