Unable to Break at Break point

Hi,

My ASP.NET Web application was working fine, mean while I have formatted my system and reinstalled .net 2002 (sdk 1.1). After that I am setting the break point at page load, but it is not hitting the break point. I am even unable to get my application through machine name or IP address, but I can run my application through "localhost". What could be the problem? pls help me
