MouseIcon in AxMSFlexGrid in .Net

How to change the Mouse Icon in MSFlexGrid (AxMSFlexGrid) in .Net.

I have tried to change Mouse Icon to Hand Cursor in Design environment and runtime environment. Both are not working.

Image object could not be assigned to Mouse Icon Property.

How to solve this?
