Chapter 16 missing sample code

I can't find the sample code for "BindingExample", Chapter 16, Page 647.

Can someone tell me where it is, or send it to me?

I guess this forum is not too active. I still haven't heard anything on my post three days ago....

I would hope the authors would at least monitor this forum, but maybe not...
