Default Arranging controls according to window resolution

I have designed the form in vb.net. At runtime it display fine in my system. But when i deploy application to different system with different screen resolution, the form become disfigured as because of different monitor resolution. How can i design my form so that it display properly on all screen resolution. Need help immediatly.
