Kanhaiya,

The whole idea of a forum like this is that 1) many people can contribute to helping you, and 2) the conversation that takes place is valuable to people who only read, but do not participate in the "conversation."

Reply to you by email defeats both of those.

Could you give more details?
 What is your database system?
 What do you want to do with the results of the search (that can affect what kind of searching fits your need best)?

(Any other details you think might be involved would be helpful to know about.)
