Default How to pass a variable form one form to the next

hi there,
         i was just wondering if anyone of you know how to pass a variable from one form to the next, with both forms being form the same project. I want to copy a variable from my first form to the other one.

You can make it a public variable.
Ex:

Public strExample as String
