Default What replaced WinExecCE?

I cannot figure out how to run an update .cab from a ce device using a vb.net program. I was able to do this in eVB using:
 If FileSystem1.Dir("\Update.cab") <> "" Then
        WinExecCE CStr("\Windows\WCELoad.exe"), "\Update.cab"
    End If

Any suggestions...

Thanks
