Default Saving a graphics

Hey there,
I have drawn some graphics on a image inside a picture box but can't actually save the image and the graphics together. Is there anyway this can be done...I was thinking of a command in visual baisc that might be similar to printScreen where you can specify the area you want to save on the form. I don't know if this exist in visual basic.

Thanks,
Dinesh
