Default Command Button False equivalent

I'm looking at the following vba code:

cbExit = False ' where cbExit is a Command Button

(I assume the above line deactivates the Button)
What is the VB equivalent?

I would like the Button to be in depressed mode (sunken or selected) and yet Enabled and Visible.
For example, in the Form Load event, it should set the command button to a 'Selected' state, but not execute the Click event. You can do this in Access VBA.

(Decided to use cbExit.FOCUS)
