Default Help building on-line message/card script

I am currently building an ASP.NET web site using VB.NET. I need to find a tutorial or source code to help with my application. As yet I have not found one.

I need a script which will:

** allow a site visitor/user to write ln a blank online message/card

** select a flower image to attach the message/card

Or have card already attached to flower for selection

** drag the flower and attached message/card to another part of the page to be saved (along with previous messages from other visitors)

* Allow flower message/card to be viewed by online visitors.

I suspect that I will need to use Flash MX but I am a Flash newbie.

Can anybody help, please.
