vb.net 20005 Questions, Please help me

Hello Friends,

Que.1 How can i set font of vb.net gridview column. if i have done connection using coding and not using wizard.

Que.2 How can i backup/resore (using vb.net frontend not from sql server) sql server 20005 database which i have created on sql server.

Please help me out.
