Default problem n creating exe file

dear all
 i created a simple evb application and i need to convert it to exe so that i can load it into pocket pc and run the application there....but when i try to create the .exe its is showing an error that ..
"....failed to copy the file...
you may be out of space in the destination drive."
there is a lot of space in the drives i checked it

 i tried the same in windows 2000 server and professional ...and getting the same error in all the systems..
 i am in bad need of a solution ..any one please help me

the processor is
ARM1100[4k]v3.00
i am not using any active x controls
