Default Frames loaded

Is there a way to tell if a page in a frame is loaded? I have a link that I want to appear after a page in an IFRAME has completely loaded.

If you can't use an onload event in the IFRAME itself, there is a LOADED attrbiute in Javascript/VBScript that I've never used do to very limited support in most browsers.
