Default New to VB.net 2005

I've used VB 6 a few years ago and I use ASP and ms access everyday. One thing I have never been able to accomplish is getting the names of tables in a database and displaying them. I can't find any tuts or sample coding on the web and I was wondering if anyone here new where I should begin and through me in the right direction. If so please respond.
