Default adding word wrap to test output to a report

I have a project that collects data and then, upon the click of a button on a menu, puts that data on a report. However, as currently programmed the text that is output does not word-wrap. Can anyone help with that

Code that generates the report - now one long line - ia as follows

Option Strict Off
Option Explicit On
Friend Class frmReportMSE
    Inherits System.Windows.Forms.Form

Private Sub frmReportMSE_Load(ByVal eventSender As System.Object, ByVal eventArgs As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load

********* the following code puts out the long string ******

       strReport = frmMSE1.txtFirstName.Text & " " & frmMSE1.txtLastName.Text & " is a " & frmMSE1.txtAge.Text & " year old, " & strMarital & ", " & strLang & " speaking, " & strEthnic & ", " & strSex & " with " & frmMSE1.txtYrsSchool.Text & " years of schooling, who is a " & strGrade & "." & strGen & " has " & strEye & " eyes and " & strHair & " hair, and is of " & strHeight & " height and " & strWeight & " weight." & strSur & " " & frmMSE1.txtLastName.Text & " was " & strDress & " and " & strGrooming & ". Posture appeared " & strPosture & ". Walk and gait were " & strWG & ". " & strPos & " facial expresion was " & strFExp & ". " & strSur & frmMSE1.txtLastName.Text & "'s speech was noted to be " & strExpLang & " while receptive speech reflected the fact that " & LCase(strGen) & " " & strRcpLang & " . Interaction with the examiner was noted to be " & strInter & ". " & vbCrLf & vbCrLf & strSur & " " & frmMSE1.txtLastName.Text & "'s" & " thinking was characterized by " & strHalluc & " hallucintations" & " ." & strDel & " ." & strIR & " ." & strTI & ". " & strTB & ". " & strOCD

lblReport.Text = strReport

    End Sub

End Class
