Default Displaying a clock

I am a newbie to programming with VB Express 2005. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am trying to display a digital clock on a form utilizing time zones showing the differences in UTC, GMT etc..
Even if someone could just point me in the right direction :) Thanks,
HD

You can use a StopWatch control to trigger an event regularly (say every ¼ second [Interval = 250mS]), and check Now(), updating the textbox or label that you are using to display the time.
