Default Listview SelectedItem

How, when i click on the listview control can i get it to return the selected items index, name, key and all of that?

I found the answer, in vb6 you usually use listview.selecteditem to get wat item has been selected by the user but in vb2005 you have to use listview.focuseditem which does the trick, although now the problem is counting how many items a highlighted when using multiselect.
