Question migration to .net

hi.
I want to migrate from vb6 to .net. I have visual studio2010 and 2008 and I have also the "Visual basic 2008 wrox" book. but now I want to know is there any big difference between studio 2008 and 2010?
Which one is better for me to start with?
thanks.

Hi

Since you have VS 2010 it is better to go for that. Your VS 2008 book will be useful. There are some changes in VS 2010 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb386063.aspx)

Your VB 6.0 projects can be migrated to Visual Studio (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vbasic/ms788233.aspx)

Cheers
Shasur
