Default Where is the "Class wizard" from 2005 IDE of MFC??

Where is the "Class wizard" from 2005 IDE of MFC application project???

I can't find it, just can add an empty Class on it.
Is anyone know how to fix it?

by the way, if MFC is dying... Can .Net replace MFC directly very soon?

you can use class view to complete your work without any problem.
