Visual Studio 2005 compilation error

If I compile my project in VS 2005 it gives the following error.
It compiles in VC++ 6.0. Anyone no this please help me

"Error 6210 Error result 1 returned from 'D:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\bin\rc.exe'. Project"
