Default Ivor Horton's book

I have purchased a hard copy of Ivor Horton's "Beginning Visual C++ 2005". Often, I think, "I know I've seen such-and-such somewhere in that book..." but the index is very poor. A recent example is that I know I read somewhere in that book how to increase the default memory that VS2005 gives to the C++ program for variables that are not declared on the heap. Now I can't find where I read that. Looking up "memory" in the index didn't help.

If I had an e-copy of this book, I could just do a search on "memory" and find it. Does anybody know whether it would be possible to get an e-copy of the book, so that I can use it to look things up that I know I've read? I do have a legitimately purchased hard copy of the book already.

Thanks.
Leigh
